Hello, kids! Hey guys!, so today, I am super excited to let you in on a SECRET…how to remove your dip nails! Sounds a little complicated, but read on and you can do it too. In fact, it is very simple and I will even help you to do that step by step so at the end of this article you know exactly what should be done.
Absolutely, you are able to remove your dip nails at home without going back into the salon. Yes, it’s true! In most cases, you need not go to costly salon and spend all the money for removing them. This makes a huge saving in both time and money than having it done by someone else. Besides, it is so interesting to master a new ability!
Here’s how you can do it. The first thing you are going to need is the materials. You should also prepare a couple of cotton balls, aluminum foil (we will use it to wrap the nails), nail file and some acetone as well(it is liquid that assists you in removing dip nails and can be found at any beauty retail).
First, with the nail file allow you to gently go over (scuff) your dip nails until they no longer are shiny. This is critical because it permits the acetone to permeate more quickly, and also operate more effectively. Just try to be gentle, you do not want to harm your nails!
Take your cotton balls and moisten them with acetone. These you dont have to soak as long, just dip enough that it covers your nails. Place the soaked cotton balls on top of your nails and cover them up with aluminum foil after that. This will keep the acetone stationary, so it can start doing its thing. Allow them to soak for 10-15 minutes so the acetone can work its magic.
Palabras—and immediately remove the aluminum foil and cotton balls after time is up. Your dip nails should have softened and elevated quite a bit. Then, take a wood stick or cuticle pusher and easily pick them dip nails off your natural nails. Be cautious and patient!
Do not worry, if you notice that the dip nails are difficult to remove. Perhaps your beans just need to soak a tad longer. Make sure you are careful though, excessive acetone usage for an extended period of time may cause damage to your real nails and can leave them thin.
